How Long Are Your Services Provided?
Length of service is completely customized to each client's needs. Following an evaluation, our therapists will create a unique package best suited for you. Most individuals receive services between 6-8 weeks before reassessing their goals.
Do You Take Insurance?
Inspire currently works with several insurance companies including Medicaid in order to be accessible to as many patients as possible. Please call or email to inquire about insurance coverage. We can also provide cash-based services to ensure our clients are getting the services and education they need even if services are not covered by insurance. Inspire offers online payment processing for your convenience.
What Does the Evaluation Process Look Like?
Prior to your evaluation you will receive intake paperwork including a questionnaire to identify your areas of need. Our therapists will then review your forms to personalize your evaluation process. All of our evaluations occur in your home and last 60-90 minutes. Following the in-person evaluation our therapists will contact you to review your goals, priorities, and setup services.
What To Expect During Visits?
Each session will begin with a review of current successes and a discussion of current needs related to your goals. You and your therapist will then prioritize what skills to work on that day to ensure that you are receiving the training, support and intervention you need first.
At the end of the session, your therapist will provide you with strategies to practice in preparation for the next visit. Family involvement is key to the success of our services! Our online portal is available to any family we serve! This portal allows you to share your victories, ask questions and receive help on days you don't have therapy.
Is There a Cancellation Policy?
We require 24 hours notice prior to cancellations in order for the session to be rescheduled. We do offer telehealth appointments as an alternative.
What Does Occupational Therapy in the Community Look Like?
Inspire is proud to offer our services in your natural environments. That means while traditional therapy services have you work in an unfamiliar office setting, we have the freedom to work on your goals in your home and where you visit in the community!
If you choose to meet in the community for your session, we can work on your goals in places like parks, restaurants, the library, the grocery store, your school, etc! This freedom allows you to work on skills such as mobility in busy environments, transfers in and out of your vehicle, problem solving equipment, practicing sensory strategies, peer interactions, restaurant access, and so much more!
I Am Ready to Get Started, What's Next?
Please call 402-413-7999, email info@inspirepeds.org or click GET STARTED below.
Our therapists will then be in touch with you within 1-2 business days to help answer any questions, schedule an evaluation and send you intake paperwork to complete before your in-person evaluation.
What is a Good Faith Estimate?
The Good Faith Estimate is the result of the No Surprises Act that was enacted in 2022. It allows individuals, not using insurance to pay for medical services, to request a list of anticipated costs prior to services. The cost for our services will always be disclosed prior to services being rendered and on the invoices you receive via the client portal and email. We don't like surprise expenses either!
